How to Capture Time..and Achieve Your Goals

If only in our hurried, full days, there was a way to capture time and hold it still for a couple of hours.  But as far as I know, the only way to capture a moment in time is in a photograph!!

So how will I fit in all the things I want to do to achieve my goals?

Firstly, the facts –

  • we cannot save time, we have all the time there is
  • we will not have more time tomorrow, or in the future

It is so important then, to plan what to do with the time you have.

Spend 10 minutes at the end of each day, or at the beginning of each day, planning out your day.

This planning session will kick-start your day and give you a greater sense of accomplishment at the close of day.

A good question to ask yourself; “What have I done today to move me closer to my goals?

As all good runners know (and us reasonable walkers), you move in the direction you are looking.  This is why winning athletes focus on the finishing line (not their competitors).

Look at your goals daily to keep focused.  This will help you move towards them
